Pregnancy can be exciting, but also brings emotional challenges as your body adjusts to many changes. Some also face feelings of isolation and overwhelm.
Engaging with a coach is a way to express your feelings in a safe space and identify specific challenges you are facing. We can work together on techniques to manage your stress, help you feel more grounded, and prepare for motherhood.

Postpartum depression and anxiety are common after the birth of a baby. Managing these emotional shifts can feel overwhelming as you adjust to life with a newborn. I offer support for many feelings related to postpartum including:​

Parenthood, relationships, and going back to work
Find your footing after welcoming a baby can often be mentally challenging. You may hear this referred to as finding your new normal or new identity. I offer a supportive space to express your emotional experiences. We can work together to identify the challenges and create an actionable care plan, including realistic coping skills & resources, to improve your well-being.
We can also work together on other common challenges like:

How it works



Contact me to schedule a short consultation by video chat so we can get to know each other. This also allows you to see if this would be a good fit for you.​​
​If you decide to move forward, I will send you an intake form to fill out and we will use the next session (45 mins) to review the information and discuss any additional concerns you have. Together, we will identify your treatment goals and ensure they align with your needs.​ ​​
In the subsequent sessions (30 mins), we will process your thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies to help you cope with challenges. ​​

About me
I am a Certified Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach (PBHC), who is passionate about supporting the well-being of individuals in their post-partum journey.
I am a mom of two children and have encountered my own struggles trying to balance a career and life as a new mom. I want to provide a safe space for parents to explore their own emotional wellness journey and empower you with evidence-based information that can help them in your everyday lives as a parent.
